PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Located at 141 Jefferson Dr. and 180 - 186 Constitution Dr., the project includes 441 rental apartment units and 42 for-sale townhome units (including 15% below market rate units) as well as approximately 2,000 square feet for a neighborhood benefit space. A tree-lined paseo will run through the middle of the site, inviting the general public to run, stroll or relax in the space. We would like to use this website to share important information about our project as well as to collect valuable feedback from the neighboring community.
